Dolly Parton shared a hilarious throwback clip from a previous interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and her social media followers can’t get enough of it.
During a 2014 appearance on the talk show, the country music legend — who was touring at the time — told host Jimmy Fallon about the wigs she wears on stage. “I do wear wigs all the time because it’s so handy and I’m always so busy, and so, I really enjoy wearing wigs,” Parton shared on the show. “I have at least 365, one for each day.”
That’s when Fallon pulled a mannequin head from behind his desk, donning one of Parton’s wigs. “This is my twin!” Parton gushed. “You should put it on!”
In the clip that Parton shared on Instagram, the audience cheers Fallon on as he places the wig on his head. “I can’t believe he’s doing it!” Parton laughed, telling Fallon, “You look cool!”
“What do y’all think of [Jimmy Fallon] ’s new hairdo? I kinda like it!” Parton captioned with a wink.
Parton is no stranger to rocking some iconic wardrobe pieces and accessories over the years. She often shares throwback photos of some of her most stunning looks, “all dolled up” in dazzling dresses and big hairdos (because she knows that, “when it comes to music or hair, crank up the volume!”).
