Reba McEntire had the best party-crasher when she tried to snap a few scenic photos and enjoy the “outdoor life.”
The country music icon shared the hilarious moment on Instagram: “We were just trying to do a quick photo shoot and then she showed up…” Among her hashtags, McEntire included “Barbara Jean,” referencing Melissa Peterman’s character on the beloved 2000s sitcom. McEntire’s social media followers gushed over Peterman’s appearance in the video.
During a recent interview on The Bobby Bones Show, McEntire shared that she’s “trying hard” to launch a reboot of Reba, which also starred Christopher Rich, JoAnna Garcia Swisher, Steve Howey, Scarlett Pomers and Mitch Holleman.
“We've really been trying hard to do a reboot of the Reba show,” McEntire said, in part. “I really want to work with the people that I got to work with during that six and a half years. …It was fun, the cast the crew everybody we got to work with and play with, they were wonderful people.”
McEntire is also gearing up for a fall arena tour, bringing Terri Clark with her. She shared the best throwback from the pair’s last tour together in 2005, saying “this ain’t our first rodeo!”
