Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin are wrapping up their beloved comedy series, Grace and Frankie — and they’re concluding the farewell season with an appearance by their 9 To 5 co-star, Dolly Parton.

Fonda and Tomlin spoke in multiple interviews ahead of the seventh season premiere, revealing that Parton would join them on the show. Fonda said on The Late Late Show with James Corden, for example: “And the way it ends, I mean, Dolly joins us, OK. Dolly Parton. But it’s not just that Dolly joins us, it’s the way that she is brought into the story that will knock your socks off. It is so beautiful, and so moving and unique. I’m just thrilled with it.”

The iconic actresses teamed up with the legendary country artist in the 1980 film, 9 To 5. It focuses on “three female employees of a sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot (who) find a way to turn the tables on him.”

There’s no word yet as to how Parton will appear on the show, but fans won’t have to wait long to find out. Netflix describes its ending series: “They’re not friends, but when their husbands leave them for each other, proper Grace and eccentric Frankie begin to bond in this Emmy-nominated series.” The final episodes will be available Friday (April 29).
