LeAnn Rimes shared some never-before-seen photos from her wedding day as she celebrates her 11th anniversary with husband Eddie Cibrian on Friday (April 22).
Rimes said she was “blown away” by the response to a video she shared last year, as she and Cibrian marked a decade of marriage. The video was set to Rimes’ romantic song “How Much A Heart Can Hold,” which she added last-minute to the track list of her upcoming album, god’s work, set to release in September. Rimes said: “even though i wrote this song for eddie for our wedding, it feels like the sentiment fits this album, perfectly. after 11 years of ‘how much a heart can hold’ being just ours, your overwhelming, outpouring of love, convinced us, it was time to share it with the world, so that you could have the opportunity to make it a part of some of your most memorable, tender moments too.”
Though she never expected the song to be included on her record, it “just fits so perfectly,” Rimes wrote in an Instagram post as she announced the extended video with wedding photos and other memories captured throughout their relationship.
Cibrian wrote in a heartfelt anniversary tribute: “11 years ago today LeAnn wrote this beautiful song as a wedding gift for our special day. If you haven’t had a chance to hear it do yourself a favor and go to my stories and click the link to see the full video and song. Amazing 🥰 #howmuchaheartcanhold”
