Tim McGraw finally met up with the three artists he’s bringing on tour with him this year: Russell Dickerson, Alexandra Kay and Brandon Davis. Days away from the start of his tour, McGraw shared the video on his social media channels, saying, “I’m so glad you guys are out with us. It’s gonna be a fun time.”
McGraw announced in December that Dickerson, Kay and Davis would join him on tour. He shared another video at that time showing the “fun phone calls” he made when he invited them on tour, and their reactions were priceless. Dickerson, who called McGraw a “HERO,” referred to it as “the call of a lifetime.”
The calls came after McGraw spotlighted Kay and Davis. McGraw shared his reaction to Kay’s spin on his 1994 hit, “Don’t Take The Girl,” which she shared in TikTok while she was in Chicago to play a show. McGraw also applauded Davis for a job well-done on a virtual duet, taking on McGraw;s 1999 hit “Something Like That.”
