Kelsea Ballerini took to her social media channels to show off a stunning pantsuit look on Tuesday (March 22) — and she might have dropped a hint that she’s releasing new music soon.
The “hole in the bottle” singer pointed out in her caption that fans can see her dog, Dibs’, paw in the lower right corner of the photo. Ballerini said in her Gossip Girl-inspired caption: “dibs paw symbolizes the proximity of new music and the suit symbolizes that i still wanna be serena vanderwoodsen happy tuesday 🤍”
Of course, Ballerini’s fans and followers couldn’t get enough of her outfit. Abby Smyers, Dan + Shay artist Dan Smyers’ wife, commented “Girlllllllll,” along with a fire emoji. Carly Pearce dropped a few fire emojis of her own when she said “I’m trying to imagine a world that I could wear this suit & look like this” (to which Ballerini quickly replied “it is this world and i’m going to drop it off for you and we can start a sisterhood of the traveling suit.”). Leslie Jordan filled his comment with red hearts when he applauded Ballerini’s “GORGEOUS” photo.
It’s not the first time this year that Ballerini has seemed to hint at a new release coming soon. In February, for example, she captioned that she was “all song’d out.” That post came one day after she casually confirmed in a TikTok that she “just got home from a trip where I finished writing my next album.”
