Keith Urban posted a heartfelt message to “crazy dreamers” who might be on the edge of giving up on their passions. The country artist performed an acoustic rendition of one of his latest singles, posting the video on Instagram with a sentimental message on Friday (February 25). Urban said, before playing “Wild Hearts”:
“I want to dedicate this to everybody out there — all you wild hearts, all you crazy dreamers, especially if you’re on the edge of giving up. This song is for you. It’s a rally cry. It’s something to let you know that you’re not alone in this journey. I’ve been there. And this song is to hopefully speak to you right now.”
Urban released the hit single in August 2021, co-writing it with Brad Tursi, Jennifer Wayne and Eric Paslay. Urban released the music video earlier this month, taking to a rooftop to call on all for the dreamers and wild hearts to join him, ultimately seeing them achieve their dreams of relocating their show to a sold-out crowd.
“I dedicate this group of songs (new and old) to all of the wild hearts out there — the crazy dreamers — especially if you’re on the verge of giving up,” Urban captioned his Instagram post. “This song is a rally cry.
