Sam Hunt's pregnant wife has filed to divorce him a second time amid claims of infidelity.

Hannah Lee Fowler withdrew her original divorce complaint hours after filing it on Friday (February 18). But TMZ learned Wednesday afternoon (February 23) that Fowler only did so because she apparently filed the documents in the wrong Tennessee county. Fowler filed for divorce again in another jurisdiction near Nashville, fixing the previous error, according to the TMZ report.

It wasn’t immediately clear which county Fowler originally filed the divorce in, or which county was correct.

TMZ was also first to report that Fowler was trying to split from the “Breakup in a Small Town” singer. After marrying Hunt in 2017, Fowler sought to end their five-year marriage because Hunt is allegedly “guilty of inappropriate marital conduct” and “guilty of adultery.” She apparently believed that “all hopes of reconciliation are exhausted.”

The court documents that were filed and withdrawn on Friday showed that Fowler is due to give birth to the couple's first child in May, though she and Hunt never publicly announced the pregnancy. Fowler wanted primary custody and child support, and requested “transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in future,” according to the filings.
