Ronnie Dunn debuted his new song that serves as the first offering from his upcoming album. The Brooks & Dunn artist sings on his new heartbreak anthem: “It’s where the lost and lonely go/ It’s where the endless cold beer flows/ Music plays, and the healing starts/ For the lonesome, blue, Broken Neon Hearts”

This is the first song from Dunn’s upcoming project, set to release this summer. Dunn stopped by The Bobby Bones Show on Friday morning (February 11) to talk about his new song and his forthcoming album (which includes a collaboration with “To Be Loved By You” singer Parker McCollum), among other conversation topics (including his viral TikTok song with duo partner Kix Brooks, “Neon Moon”). While speaking on the show, Dunn credited his wife with nudging him to move outside his realm of music in the “honky tonk, beer drinkin box.” Check out his new interview on The Bobby Bones Show here.

Brooks & Dunn have been cranking out country hits for decades, including “Neon Moon,” which originally released in 1991 on the duo’s debut album, Brand New Man. The classic Brooks & Dunn song surged with popularity last year because of a TikTok trend — and the two country artists got in on it, too. They captioned a video of their own: “It's crazy cool to see all your videos, keep 'em coming!” Of course, Brooks & Dunn also shared on TikTok that “Broken Neon Hearts” is available on Friday.
