Thomas Rhett is setting his sights on summertime, and he’ll have the bar ready… the “Slow Down Summer” artist announced his headlining “Bring The Bar To You Tour” on Friday (January 21), which includes stops in dozens of cities nationwide. Parker McCollum and Conner Smith are set to join Rhett on the tour.
The announcement comes shortly after Rhett unveiled the release date of his sixth studio album, Where We Started. The 15-track collection is the first of two albums Rhett plans to release in 2022, along with Country Again Side B, which is due out this fall. So far, Rhett has released three of the songs on Where We Started: “Slow Down Summer,” “Angels” and “Church Boots.” The album also includes collaborations with Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard, “Home Sweet” singer Russell Dickerson, fellow country singer-songwriter Riley Green, and pop giant Katy Perry. The “Bring The Bar To You Tour” is named after a song on the album that has yet to be released.
“Man it feels good to share this tour news,” Rhett said in a statement. “I’ll never take for granted being able to come see y’all and I’m so fired up to play some of these new ones that were made with these nights in mind. I have a feeling things are going to get loud - I’m counting down the days already!"
Fans can snag tickets beginning at 10 a.m. next Friday (January 28). Pre-sale kicks off at the same time on Tuesday (January 25), according to a press release. Concert goers can find more info about the tour and tickets here.
