Dennis Quaid is stepping up to spread love and acceptance.
The actor shared with Cody Alan that he is not only excited to be performing during 'The Concert For Love & Acceptance,' but is thrilled to present a new song he wrote for the event.
"I am doing a virtual concert with CMT, and I've written a song called "America I Love You Too." We are going to get out in the middle of my block here in my neighborhood and have a neighborhood concert. I think it will probably be the first live concert in LA," teases Dennis.
"We need all the love and acceptance that we can get, especially right now. It's really about all of us, getting along, accepting each other, putting up with each other, and letting everybody be."
The annual LGBTQ-supportive benefit show hosted by Kristin Chenoweth, Ty Herndon, and Cody Alan happens June 30, 2020, beginning at 7:00 PM ET / 6:00 PM CST and will stream exclusively on CMT social channels.
