TMSG: Professor Holds Student's Baby For 3-Hour Lecture So Mom Can Study

Professors and teachers love putting in the time to help their students, but there are some that go above and beyond that call to help.

Professor Ramata Sissoko Cissé got emailed about a situation that was making it very difficult for a student to be at class and study. One of her students reached out the night before class to ask if she could bring her baby with her to class and because she had missed a class already, she didn't want to be behind.

Cissé told the student to bring her child to the lecture and that they would figure it out together. During class, Cissé saw her student couldn't balance taking notes and soothing the baby at the same time. So to make it even easier for the student mother, Cissé decided to hold the baby and teach the class.

In a viral photo posted to Twitter, Cissé's daughter wrote,
"My mom is my role model. Her student couldn't find a babysitter today & being the true African mother that she is, taught a THREE hour class with the baby on her back & fed him. I'm so blessed to be raised by a woman who loves the world as much as her own children."
