Lauren Alaina shared the sweet way her daughter inspired the one-of-a-kind, mirror-patterned dress she wore to the 59th CMA Awards on Wednesday night (November 19) in Nashville, Tennessee.

“My daughter’s favorite thing to do is look in the mirror. Seeing her smile at herself and me and be in awe of our reflections has changed everything about the way I see myself,” Alaina wrote in her caption on Instagram. “I hope she is always that happy when she looks in the mirror. I am trying to be more like her. I am wearing the fitted mirror dress five months postpartum to celebrate my body, my daughter and how much motherhood is teaching me. We should all love ourselves like a baby seeing herself for the first time. I’m honored to be at the CMA awards tonight to celebrate country music’s biggest night.”

Alaina and her husband, Cam Arnold, got married in February 2024. They welcomed daughter Beni Doll Arnold on June 11. The “Heaven Sent” singer said at the time that she “will never be the same. You, to your dad and me, are absolute perfection. We are honored God chose us to be your parents. Thank you to everyone for all of the love, prayers and support for our precious daughter.”

Alaina was one of several country artists to welcome a baby into the family in 2025, along with Dan + Shay’s Shay Mooney, Jordan Davis, Lady A’s Hillary Scott, Lady A’s Charles Kelley and more. See the list of pregnancy announcements here.
