Brantley Gilbert stood in disbelief as he received an unusual form of “revenge.”
The Tattoos artist posted a video of the moment he received two new animals on Instagram on Monday evening (February 3). The clip captured the moment Gilbert met his new zebra and donkey. He was told the animals were “revenge for some peacocks.”
“I’m staring at a donkey and a zebra, bro,” Gilbert said as he called his friend who presumably sent him the animals. The voice on the other end of the call can be heard laughing. “Hey Aaron, what the hell am I gonna do with a donkey and a zebra?”
Commenters laughed at Gilbert’s unexpected “revenge” animals, and one of them even wanted one for herself. Dumb Blonde podcast host Bunnie Xo wrote “Wait. I want a zebra!” Bunnie Xo and her husband, Beautifully Broken superstar Jelly Roll, have recently welcomed several farm animals into the family. They have three cows (Crunch, Brownie and S’more), three pigs (“The Golden Girls,” Zsa Zsa, Maple and Piglett), and a donkey named Griz. Bunnie previously shared a glimpse of Jelly Roll’s wholesome reaction when he met the donkey for the first time: “I’m excited. The donkey’s gonna love me. We’re gonna be friends forever. …This is the best donkey ever!”
