Jason Aldean’s Las Vegas bar is just a few weeks away from its grand opening.
The Academy of Country Music Artist of the Decade will open Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar in early December. The restaurant’s opening is slated for Monday, December 2, and the red carpet and ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, December 5. Aldean teamed up with TC Restaurant Group to open the new Las Vegas location at 63 CityCenter and Harmon Avenue, per a press release announcing opening details on Tuesday (November 19).
“I’ve always loved Las Vegas because it’s unique and has an energy like nowhere else,” Aldean said in the release. “IPeople are ready to have a good time and celebrate. I want this to be a spot where people come to kick back, enjoy great music, awesome food, and create good memories.”
The 22,500-square-foot, two-story venue on the Las Vegas Strip is Aldean’s latest Kitchen + Bar location, following existing restaurants in Nashville, Tennessee; Gatlinburg, Tennessee; and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar in Las Vegas will include two live music spaces, six bars, VIP experiences, and more. The release notes that two menu items, included on a Southern-inspired menu, include Grandma’s Pot Roast and Mama Aldean’s Peach Cobbler. Aldean said “this venue is personal to me. My mom was an amazing cook and there’s no way I could open this place without her food such as her peach cobbler. As for the venue, it was important to me to add my personal touches and I hope people love it.”
