Miranda Lambert joined Chris Stapleton for a rendition of “What Am I Gonna Do” when they shared the stage in Lambert’s home state.
Stapleton released “What Am I Gonna Do” on Higher, his latest full-length album that arrived in November 2023. the 14-track record also includes “It Takes A Woman,” “Think I’m In Love With You,” “White Horse” and more. The collection added to a growing list of hits by the award-winning artist, including “Tennessee Whiskey,” “Broken Halos,” “Parachute,” “Starting Over” and “Millionaire,” to name a few.

Lambert joined Stapleton’s headlining “All-American Road Show” over the weekend in Houston, Texas. The concert took place shortly after the Palomino star delivered a surprise performance at Stubb’s in Austin. She marked nearly 20 years to the day since she played her first showcase for a major label at that venue. Now, as she gets ready to release her new “honky tonk as hell” album, Postcards from Texas, Lambert still has “that same fire that I had 20 years ago and y’all sure do too.” Lambert’s album is due on September 13.
