Security camera video captured the moment country artist Morgan Wallen allegedly threw a chair off of a six-story rooftop bar on Lower Broadway in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Wallen, 30, was reportedly arrested and charged following the incident on Sunday night (April 7).

TMZ obtained and shared a brief security camera video that captured the incident from one angle. It happened shortly before 11 p.m. at Chief’s, Eric Church’s newly-opened bar. The celebrity news hub notes that the video does not clearly show who threw the chair; however, police have since reviewed footage and gathered accounts from witnesses and bar staff to confirm Wallen threw the chair.

Two Metro Nashville Police Department officers were standing in front of Chief’s when they observed the chair falling from above them. It landed approximately three feet away from the law enforcement officials. Witnesses reported observing Wallen “lunging and throwing an object over the roof,” and saw him “pick up the chair, throw it over him, laughing afterward.” He was released a few hours after he was booked into jail. Wallen’s attorney said in a statement that the country star is “cooperating fully with authorities.”

Wallen is accused of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 3, the Davidson County Criminal Court shows.
