Luke Bryan’s wife, Caroline Bryan, said she didn’t continue the family’s hilarious “Pranksmas” tradition this year — “because well…I’m tired” — but she reflected on some of the memorable pranks she pulled on her mother-in-law, LeClaire Bryan, over the years.
“So I didn’t do Pranksmas this year because well…I’m tired. In honor of Hurricane Salem making her arrival for Christmas here’s some videos of Pranksmas Past😈,” Caroline wrote in her caption as she shared the compilation of pranks in a reel on Instagram on Monday evening (December 18).
Caroline spoke about her relationship with her mother-in-law — and shared stories about Bryan — on an episode of Got It From My Momma. The duo recorded the podcast episode live from the 50th CMA Fest in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Caroline and LeClaire spoke about there epic prank wars, and Caroline revealed a promise she made to her mother-in-law: she won’t prank LeClaire in ways that would scare her anymore.
“They’ve actually caused me to have some deep-rooted mental problems,” LeClaire said. Host Jennifer Vickery Smith reflected on a previous Bryan family prank in which a “fake stalker” tackled Bryan to the ground — and LeClaire sprang into action by tackling the alleged stalker. “Don’t bother my baby! …I was gonna smush her,” she said.
