Carrie Underwood Shares 'Spicy,' Vegas-Inspired Workout Routine

Carrie Underwood has a “spicy,” Vegas-inspired mini workout for anyone looking to get fit and get “in the Vegas state of mind.” 

The powerhouse singer-songwriter — who recently returned to Las Vegas for the latest round of shows in her stunning residency, REFLECTION — shared a reel from fit52 with Carrie Underwood, the country megastar’s health and fitness app that she launched with her 2020 lifestyle book, Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit 52 Life. She's since shared many workouts to inspire others, including leg exercises.

“This full-body, beginner-to-intermediate workout is inspired by Carrie’s current Vegas residency at [Resorts World Theatre] and will fire up your heart rate,” reads the fit52 caption. “Save this post and do 5 reps of each exercise and repeat the circuit 5 times! …Get in the Vegas state of mind with this mini workout! 💪💦”

The Vegas-inspired workout includes V-up crunches, explosive tuck jumps, goblet squats, ankle biters and side shuffles. the reel includes examples of how to approach each exercise.

Underwood and fellow award-winning country star Miranda Lambert recently attended one another’s Las Vegas residencies. As they posted photos with one another, Lambert applauded the “Denim & Rhinestones” star’s “well thought out” show that’s a perfect reflection of her and what a career she has built,” she wrote in her caption on Instagram. “The lights, fire, music, production, sparkle’s and most importantly that voice. Carrie, you are an icon in every sense of the word.”

Underwood is performing in Vegas through December 16. She’s set to pick up again in 2024, with REFLECTION dates beginning in early March.
