Sheryl Crow unveiled plans to release an eight-song compilation to mark her upcoming induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. The Grammy Award-winning artist announced details for Sheryl Crow’s Story Of Everything on Tuesday (October 24).
Crow’s forthcoming picture disc, featuring “beautifully vibrant artwork,” will include a mix of previously-released and new music. That includes “Forever,” “Live With Me” (a Rolling Stones classic) from the 2022 documentary Sheryl, and Crow’s cover of Post Malone’s “Circles,” per her announcement on Instagram. The project will be available on November 17.
Crow was one of eight nominees on the ballot for the first time for Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction. She was revealed among the list of inductees in the performer category earlier this year. Others include Willie Nelson, George Michael and Kate Bush, to name a few.
“This year’s incredible group of Inductees reflects the diverse artists and sounds that define rock & roll,” John Sykes, Chairman of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation, said in a statement when the list of 2023 Inductees was revealed earlier this yar. “We are honored that this November’s Induction Ceremony in New York will coincide with two milestones in music culture; the 90th birthday of Willie Nelson and the 50th Anniversary of the birth of Hip Hop.”
The Rock Hall revealed a list of performers for the upcoming induction, including Carrie Underwood, Adam Levine and Stevie Nicks. The Induction Ceremony is set for November 3.
