Caroline Jones debuted her long-awaited studio album dedicated to building her career, resilience and more throughout her life. The singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, who just wrapped her headlining “Barefoot & Pregnant Tour” as she prepares to welcome her firstborn baby, released Homesite on Friday (October 20).

Jones released her 11-track album with a few previously-released highlights and all-star collaborations, including “Million Little Bandaids” featuring Zac Brown Band, “Keep It Safe” featuring Alyssa Bonagura, and a cover of Cry Cry Cry’s “By Way of Sorrow” featuring Vince Gill. Jones, who co-produced her third full-length studio album, deemed it her “best work yet.”

“Musically, it’s the most raw and energetic production I’ve put out, and lyrically, it’s the most honest and narrative,” Jones shared. “I wanted to be nervous in the studio again, so we brought in a new crop of talented musicians and collaborators, led by co-producer and multi-instrumentalist Brandon Hood, who challenged me in new ways and brought a more raw sound out of me. Ric Wake, my longtime co-producer and I handpicked these songs, which are a blend of solo writes and collaborations with some of my favorite Nashville writers.

“I titled this album ‘Homesite’ because it is about building: building a career and body of work that I am proud of, building a fanbase that I am wildly grateful for, building my character by practicing grit and resilience, which are central themes in these songs, and finally, building a family of my own,” Jones added in a caption on Instagram.

Jones previously spoke with iHeartCountry about her music and her widespread influences, including country, pop, bluegrass and more. Earlier this year, she released some songs on her 5-track EP, Superpower, which released on the heels of her first-ever headlining show in Nashville, Tennessee. The milestone moment took place at the the historic EXIT/IN venue. Jones, the first female member to join Zac Brown Band, is continuing to tour with the band through early November. Remaining tour dates are set for California, Oklahoma and Florida.

“I take a lot of pride in whatever crowd I’m in front of and whatever performance that I’m doing, giving it 100% and bringing my A game,” Jones said in an interview with iHeartCountry earlier this year. “It really doesn’t matter to me how many people are in the crowd, or if it’s my own show, in my own name or it’s supporting Zac Brown Band and bring in service to that music. I bring the same passion and commitment to all of it. I love it all, and it matters a lot to me.”
