Gabby Barrett and husband Cade Foehner are getting ready to welcome Baby No. 3!
The American Idol alums made the surprise announcement on Wednesday (August 30). Barrett, 23, and Foehner, 27, posted a few photos on Instagram to make the pregnancy reveal. The couple appeared to sit on a platform on a stage with a small box in the forefront of the photo. Barrett’s caption hinted at her followers to “SWIPE for a surprise,” as the box turns to read “BABY #3). The third slide features a video that appears to show the country star administering an at-home ultrasound. Instagram users were quick to drop congratulatory messages on the post, which Barrett hashtagged, “Living The Dream.”
Barrett and Foehner met on American Idol in 2018, and they got married the following year. The couple’s third child follows big sister Baylah May Foehner, who was born on January 18, 2021, and big brother Augustine Boone Foehner, born on October 27, 2022. The “Glory Days” artist — a song Barrett released that cherishes special moments with her husband and kids, marking the beginning of her next chapter of music — posted an adorable photo with then-newborn Augustine Boone with big sister Baylah May: “Soaking up the newborn days with baby brother. What a precious gift from our Lord!”
