Kristen Brust penned a heartwarming tribute to the friends who attended her baby shower over the weekend as she gets ready to welcome another child into the family.
Brust’s Instagram post featured several photos from the stunning baby shower, spotlighting the women who have “done nashville life with me for almost ten years. loss, love, babies- here & heaven. they have carried me while i have carried. a sacred circle of absolute God gifted souls and hearts. something i have called ‘family your heart picks’. family of a different design.
“yesterday reminded me of why nashville is so special,” Brust added later in her heartfelt caption on Sunday (April 30). “the holy is in the way we all continue to choose to wipe tears, meal deliver, pray boldly, hold space, dance, love, connect. it’s a divine and beautiful kind of love that words barely scrape. my gratitude for this baby and these heartbeats… my cup runneth over… and over. mostly by my own gratitude soaked tears and big, whole, double hearted feelings. whew. mama is weepy. …i love y’all. too much. forever.”
Brust tagged a few of her friends in the caption, including Ashley Wilson, Nicole DiGiacobbe, and Jana Kramer. Kramer, country artist and Whine Down with Jana Kramer host, also shared a few sweet photos from the celebration. She also cast her guess whether Brust would welcome a baby boy or girl, and encouraged others to share their own thoughts: “Celebrated this beautiful momma today. [Kristen Brust] I have loved you as a sister since I met you. I can’t wait for this next season of life with you and loving on your beautiful baby. My votes a girl💗. Cast ur vote below.”
