Luke Combs’ firstborn son is already set to become a big brother!

The “Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old” artist and his wife, Nicole Combs, are “joining the 2 under 2 club!” Combs said in a heartwarming announcement on Instagram on Monday evening (March 20). Baby boy No. 2 is due in September. Nicole wrote in her Instagram story on Monday that the new addition to the family is “a sweet surprise 🤍”

Combs’ firstborn child arrived on Father’s Day, in June 2022. He shared in a sweet announcement at the time: “Welp he decided that Fathers Day would be a good time to show up. I couldn’t agree more. Me and @nicolejcombs are over the moon in love with this little guy. Mama and baby are healthy and we’re back home now with family. Life is good. Everyone welcome Tex Lawrence Combs to the world!”

Tex appeared in the adorable announcement posted Monday night, wearing a t-shirt that reads “big brother” on it. The proud parents' announcement quickly drew thousands of congratulatory messages, including from fellow country artists Hailey Whitters, Cole Swindell and Chris Lane, a father of two young boys, who wrote: “Congrats y’all!! Buckle up..it’s wild 🤠”

Combs welcomed Tex days before he released Growin’ Up, his highly-anticipated, award-winning project. He’s set to follow the 12-track album with an 18-track collection, Gettin’ Old, due on Friday (March 24), just in time for the powerhouse artist to kick off his headlining world tour. The album includes tons of highlights that are already fan-favorites, including the latest release, “5 Leaf Clover.” Combs set his Baby No. 2 announcement to “Take You With Me,” a soon-to-release track on Gettin’ Old
