After sharing a few mysterious teasers, Callista Clark and Jimmie Allen revealed that they’re teaming up on a soon-to-release duet.

“Hey [Jimmie Allen] you think they’re ready for this? 😏” Clark wrote on Instagram as she posted a photo of the two artists standing back-to-back. The “It’s ‘Cause I Am” singer seemed to tease the new song earlier this week, hinting that another artist would join her. Clark, who was named an iHeartCountry On The Verge artist, posted a reel with music playing in the background, only showing Allen’s silhouette. The cryptic clip, captioned only with the January 13 release date, ends with a shot of the pair’s boots: hers are black with a white pattern, and his are leopard print. Allen wears the same leopard-print pattern in the new photo that the pair shared on Thursday (January 5), revealing him as Clark’s duet partner.

Allen — who has released many all-star collaborations, including with Jennifer Lopez, CeeLo Green and T-Pain, Lindsay Ell, Mickey Guyton, Brad Paisley and more — has also been teasing new music on his social media channels. The “Down Home” artist shared a snippet of “Smalltown Anthem,” an unreleased track that he wrote with Tate Howell, Tripp Howell, Rian Ball and Matt McKinney.

Allen didn’t announce when he’s releasing “Smalltown Anthem,” but soon, fans will get to hear his upcoming duet with Clark. The collaboration is set to make its debut on January 13.
