Dolly Parton buried a never-before-heard song, and it “has drove me crazy.”

Parton, one of country music’s biggest legends, revealed that she secretly wrote a song and put it in a time capsule. It’ll be opened when she’s 99 years old. Parton, now 76, spoke about it with Kelly Clarkson during a recent appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show.

“I have written a song that nobody’s going to hear ’til I’m 99 years old and I might be there, I might not be, but it’s when we did Dollywood…and we put it in a time capsule to be opened,” Parton said, adding that the time capsule also includes a cassette player, a CD player and other items. She also admitted that, although the time capsule isn’t supposed to be opened any time soon, she wants to “go dig that up so bad… it’s a really good song.”

Clarkson said it’s a “beautiful thing” that listeners will get to hear some of Parton’s music when it’s unearthed in more than two decades. The original American Idol champ also shared that she’s done time capsules before as a joke, including a birthday present for country superstar Blake Shelton. Last year, Clarkson said she gave Shelton a time capsule on his birthday, to open for his next birthday this year. It was a Team Kelly jacket from The Voice, because “he kept throwing it away, and I was like, ‘You’ve had this for a year. Joke’s on you!’”

Parton said she hopes the song she buried in a time capsule will be special, and promised that it’s a good one. Watch the full interview clip here:
