Watch Carly Pearce Perform A Rascal Flatts Classic With Gary LeVox

Carly Pearce kicked off her first of two back-to-back headlining shows at the historic Ryman Auditorium on Wednesday night (October 26), and she’s reliving one of the celebrity guest appearances of the evening. 

Fellow singer-songwriter Gary LeVox, known for his recent solo work as well as his longtime role as the frontman of beloved trio Rascal Flatts, joined Pearce on the legendary Nashville stage. LeVox made his appearance during Pearce’s encore. She shared a clip of the two performing the early 2000s smash-hit by Rascal Flatts, “What Hurts The Most.”

“Forever an ultimate fan girl of this guy,” Pearce wrote in her caption on TikTok. “Thank you for singing with me [Gary LeVox] ❤️”

LeVox also shared a clip from the Ryman Auditorium performance on TikTok, writing in his heartfelt caption: “Thank you for having me close out the night with ya [Carly Pearce] 🙏 love ya sista.”

Pearce brought out a few other celebrity guests during her headlining debut at the venue, including legendary country singer-songwriter Bill Anderson, opening artist Jackson Dean and Bluegrass musician (and fellow Kentucky native) Ricky Skaggs. Pearce announced her first-ever headlining show at the Ryman earlier this year The venue sold out in under an hour, according to the Ryman, calling for a second performance date. Pearce was “speechless.” Her second show, featuring Mountain Heart, is set for Thursday night (October 27).
