Kelsea Ballerini took her TikTok followers behind the scenes of the photo shoot for her soon-to-release fourth studio album, Subject to Change. Ballerini stepped into the studio in her flowing yellow dress and white cowboy boots, posing for some of the now-recognizable shots for the highly-anticipated project.
Subject to Change is set to release on September 23, which Ballerini finally confirmed earlier this month after dropping major teasers on her social media channels and in email updates. The collection will include “HEARTFIRST,” Ballerini’s first single from the album, and “Love Is A Cowboy,” which fans will also recognize in the singer’s behind-the-scenes footage on TikTok. Ballerini previously described Subject to Change as “different than anything I’ve ever done, and it’s heavily influenced by… ‘90s female country.”
Ballerini recently announced her upcoming “HEARTFIRST Tour,” which is set to stop in 10 cities later this year. She invited concertgoers to “jump right back in together,” referencing the lyrics to her “very warm, very breezy-feeling, very settled,” first single of her new era.
