Jason Aldean announced revised plans for his upcoming “Rock N’ Roll Cowboy Tour” to accommodate tour mate Gabby Barrett’s upcoming maternity leave. Aldean revealed on Monday morning (May 23) that Travis Tritt, Tracy Lawrence and Chase Rice “will be joining us for the second half of the tour as [Gabby Barrett] will be having her baby boy. Congratulations to Gabby, and a big thank you to Travis, Tracy, and Chase for jumping in. Let's go!”
Aldean first announced his tour in February, unveiling a list of shows with Barrett, John Morgan and Dee Jay Silver. The “Rock N’ Roll Cowboy Tour” comes at the heels of Aldean’s massive double album, Macon, Georgia, serving as a nod to his hometown.
“I’m ready to get back out and feel the nights come alive,” Aldean said in a statement. “We are already thinking about the the setlist… there will be some songs off the new record like ‘Rock And Roll Cowboy,’ which felt like a great tour name because it's all about knowing you belong on the road."
Barrett revealed on Mother’s Day (May 8) that she and husband Cade Foehner are expecting baby No. 2. Barrett introduced her son as “another LIFE we get to love and cherish.” He’ll join big sister Baylah May Foehner, who was born on January 18, 2021.
