Shortly after announcing his upcoming tour dates, Luke Combs made an observation about what he didn’t see in the responses from fans. He said in a tweet: “I’m surprised no one is wondering where the name of the tour came from…” That tweet stirred curiosity, and on Monday (May 2), Combs assured fans that he’ll “show y’all tonight…” On Monday evening, he shared a nearly one-minute clip of his unreleased song, “Middle of Somewhere,” revealing the inspiration behind the name of his upcoming tour.
“Excited to announce the Middle of Somewhere Tour because I’m looking forward to finishing out 2022 with y’all,” Combs previously announced on Friday, April 29. “Tickets on sale 5/6 at lukecombs.com, but text TOUR to (615) 235-1770 to have pre-sale sign up details sent your way!”
Combs also announced he’s bringing along Jordan Davis, along with Morgan Wade and Lainey Wilson on select dates. Mitchell Tenpenny will also serve as a special guest on select tour dates. Tickets will go on sale on Friday (May 6), and tickets to Louisville shows will go on sale the following week on May 13.
