Blake Shelton is a proud husband as Gwen Stefani gets ready to introduce her new cosmetics line, GXVE Beauty. Shelton wrote that he’s “so incredibly proud” of his wife as he shared a video on Instagram, which shows the iconic artist doing her makeup before a show in 1997 and flashing forward to Stefani applying makeup for another woman in 2022. “Y'all get ready.. tell everyone you know.. @gxvebeauty is coming!!!!!”
“It was one of the greatest times of my life because I got to do makeovers on people that just wanted to feel good,” Stefani says of a previous job at the mall in Anaheim, California. Of course, with her signature winged eyeliner and red lips, Stefani also recalled: “Red lipstick was my obsession, and I remember the first time that I ever tried it I saw the future — that was me for the next forever of my life.”
For Stefani, GXVE Beauty is a longtime coming. She shared on her own Instagram that she’s had a blast “creating this brand over the last 3 years.” In a separate post, she announced “the next chapter starts” on Thursday (March 3), noting that fans can find it at GXVE Beauty and Sephora.
