Parker McCollum’s wife, Hallie Ray Light McCollum, shared behind-the-scenes photos from the country star’s upcoming music video for “Killin’ Me.”

“Even though I was so nervous to do this- I did it!!!” Hallie exclaimed in her caption on Instagram on Tuesday (February 10). She shared a few snapshots at Billy Bob’s Texas, an iconic venue in Fort Worth, from her “work day with my hot husband.” Hallie gushed that the experience “was so much fun!!!”

Parker released “Killin’ Me” on his self-titled fifth studio, which made its debut in June 2025. His most recent song to make its debut is “Big Ole Fancy House,” a highly-requested ballad that will appear on the deluxe edition of PARKER MCCOLLUM next month. The expanded album is due to arrive on March 20, and the “Killin’ Me” music video, featuring the Texas-born country star’s wife, will premiere on Wednesday (February 11) at 11 a.m. ET/10 a.m. CT.

“I feel like it’s all very self-reflective and just kind of being super honest with myself, and it’s kind of an easy way out of the question, but it’s really true,” Parker said of his songwriting inspiration when catching up with iHeartCountry over the summer. “You know, just not trying to do anything other than whatever the hell it is that I do…however it is that I do sound like, and just letting that happen, exist, and kind of letting it rip whenever you get int he studio and stop worrying about it so much. …I really feel like I was able to just kind of stop giving a damn and be myself on a record…It worked better than anything else I’ve ever done.”

Parker and Hallie announced on Christmas Day that Hallie is pregnant with Baby No. 2. The baby will join big brother Major Yancey Tyler McCollum, who made his arrival on August 8, 2024. Hallie confirmed “another BOY (is) joining us summer 2026!!!” Parker is one of several country artists welcoming a baby into the family this year, along with Thomas RhettLuke Combs, iHeartRadio’s Bobby Bones and others.
