Chick-fil-A is set to begin testing two new chicken-and-waffle sandwiches in multiple markets this week, a company spokesperson confirmed to USA TODAY.

The Georgia-based fast food chain will offer a Chicken & Waffles Breakfast Sandwich and a Chicken & Waffles Sandwich at select restaurants in Baltimore, while the Chicken & Waffles Breakfast Sandwich will also be offered at some locations in San Antonio, beginning on Monday (December 1) and concluding on January 24, 2026, while supplies last. A Facebook post shared by a Westminster, Maryland, Chick-fil-A restaurant in November described the Chicken & Waffles sandwich as a "Crispy chicken stacked between warm maple waffles, all with a touch of smoked bacon."

The graphic shared in the Facebook post also confirmed that the sandwich would be available with both original and spicy chicken, though the breakfast version, which will only be available until 10:30 a.m., appears slightly smaller. Chick-fil-A's testing follows the return of several peppermint-flavored holiday items including the Peppermint Chip Milkshake, Peppermint Chip Frosted Coffee, Peppermint Iced Coffee and Icedream with Peppermint Bark Chips, as well as the additions of the Chicken Tortilla Soup and 30-piece Nugget meal.

Chick-fil-A also began selling holiday merchandise on November 10, which includes wrapping paper, sauce gift boxes and apparel.
