Walker Hayes posed a question on his Instagram story about whether he should a new spin on one of his latest songs, and he’s seemingly looking to team up with an award-winning artist to do it. Hayes asked on his story: “Do we need a Taylor Swift collab on Delorean?”

Though he tagged the “All Too Well” artist in the story, there’s no word from Swift — or confirmation from Hayes — on whether a collaboration is in the works.

“Delorean” is one of 13 tracks on Country Stuff The Album, Hayes’ project that he released in January. The album includes Hayes’ wildly popular “Fancy Like,” along with “AA,” “Craig” (featuring MercyMe), “Country Stuff” (featuring Jake Owen), and “What If We Did” (featuring Carly Pearce), among other highlights. Though “Delorean” wasn’t initially released as a collaboration, it wouldn’t be the first time Hayes teamed up with another artist on one of his songs. He added MercyMe on the song “Craig,” and debuted a cross-genre “Fancy Like” remix and music video with Kesha, a pop giant he said was “amazing” to work with: “She’s so sweet and down to earth and was such a joy, pleasure to work with. I hope my kids get to meet her sometime. We talk back and forth about her coming to Nashville, I’d love to have her out to the house.” Re-watch the music video here:
